Per request of one who shall remain nameless for his own good...probably...I am going to start posting my version of "the daily grind", which maybe should encompass the type of coffee I drink on that particular day...Alas, that may not happen, but what may evolve is a quick log on how much time and effort it takes to train for long-distance triathlons on a daily basis as I go through it. Only your eyes will get tired, my whole body will be sore! WARNING! This material may not be suitable for couch potatoes (spelling?) or for those who do not believe in masochistic behavior...
Oh, so today: 1hr 15 min moderate bike ride outside because it was 70 degrees in Boulder today...47 minute run with 6 one minute sprints with 3 minute recovery, so roughly a 10 minute warm-up and cool down...
And, no, I don't run on Dunkin', it was sumatran bean coffee in the morning and an espresso roast after lunch....
70 Degrees! Not fair! And...do you even need coffee? I have never met anyone with the energy level you have!! Keep it up!
