End of Week 12

Tough .93 mile swim this morning with waves and counter-currents in pool due to Masters swim class right next to me...I was feeling good, so I did my 1 hr 20 minute run (~11 miles) directly after the swim, and it also feels good to sweat off all that chlorine!

Week 12 (recovery) of 20 in the half-iron training plan is over!

Weekly totals:

  • 9, 375 yards in pool (~5.33 miles)
  • 5hrs 15 minutes on bike (~115-120 miles)
  • 3hrs 40 minutes running (~30 miles)
