Recovery week

Today was a good day...fast mile in the pool, (thank you masters swim class next to me providing waves, keeping me honest). Followed a couple of hours later by 1 hr 10 min run.

I am realizing there is a method to the madness because an hour long run does not even seem like anything these days! A couple of years ago I would have had to prepare for days and maybe rewrite my will before heading out on a run over 45 minutes...

weekly totals:
  • 9,600 yards swimming
  • 5hrs 45 min cycling
  • 3hrs 20 min running
  • Total hrs~13
