daily training log

today consisted of a 1 hr 30 minute time trial of sorts on the bike in the morning(~35 miles). By"of sorts", i mean that i held back a little bit from the pace I would try and hold during a race, by 10 percent or so. Afternoon brought a 1 hr run invovlving 5 X 4 min sprints with four minute recovery in between each one, i'm guessing i probably ran 8 or 9 miles...
